Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used hair care products.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds

For unopen and unused products, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the returned product is received and inspected.

Please allow a standard 7–10 business days for processing once your return has been approved.
Final Sale Items

Limited edition, promotional, or discounted items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
